Well it’s been a little quiet on here of late...but wait!! Our demo CD is now complete and ready for your listening pleasure right now on our sounds page. Check it out and give us some feedback if you like. Now we start the hard grind of searching for gigs so stay tuned, we’re coming to a town near you very soon. Brian

The MKGs debut gig is done and dusted - we'll post some recordings and video soon. Thanks go to The Hare Inn, Linslade for their hospitality and to Hare Fest's organiser Sandra Dudley for setting up the 'taster' event. We had a great time and we hope the 'in' crowd did too! John

FInal rehearsal before our debut gig and we’re good to go. Managed to get some new mug shots for the website - enjoy! We’ve been recording the rehearsals and hope to get some half decent tracks uploaded prior to the gig. It’s all coming together rather nicely. Another long day at the office for the MKGs, rehearsing at Mr Gig in Bletchley to get ready for our debut gig in a couple of weeks time. A quick run through of the set and a trial of 2 new numbers and we’re sorted for the material. Now we just have to learn how to play it! BrianMKGs BLOG page

We are very sad to see Mark leave the MKGs. He is a fantastic drummer and a thoroughly nice chap, we wish him all the best. But as one door closes, another opens, and we are delighted to announce the arrival of our new drummer John M. John brings a wealth of experience and talent to the band and we can’t wait to start rehearsals in September. Dates are starting to drip in so watch this place with 2 already confirmed - check the gigs page for details. Oh, and to make life easier for you and us, Rob and I will be changing our names to John in the near future... Brian

Wow, what a blast that was! Many thanks to everyone at The Regency Suite for a fantastic gig. Special thanks to Peter Poyton. We have been preparing for this gig for weeks and couldn’t wait to play, if only we could have played longer. But wait....you can still get a dose of the best hammond based soul around as this Friday sees us at The Red Lion in Leighton Buzzard town centre for a full 1.5 hour show!!! See you there.
